Kelly Herrick, who has more than 12 years of software product training experience, was most recently at salesforce.com where he was the Director of Global Learning Services. At salesforce.com, Herrick was responsible for customer education throughout North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Additionally, Herrick was the Senior Director of Oracle University, Americas Division, at Oracle Corporation. In this position, Herrick was responsible for product and technical training, sales and professional development, advanced degree programs, management training and executive learning via classroom, Web, video, CD-ROM, and interactive distance learning in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
